Video Recording / Privacy

Good Morning,

Please be advised that recording and/or photo taking using the game changer app or other personal devices is not something that Wilshire has control of. In a public space, parents/fans may record games practices that their child is involved in and we are unable to stop them. We do encourage use of caution and respect if you are posting to social media specifically for safety sake. Game Changer, which most coaches are using, is the safest place to share media as only the parents/coaches who have been invited to the team site will be able to view.

Thanks,

Wilshire Athletic Association

JLS Baseball Player Pass Update

Player pass photo dates are coming up on 3/18, 4/8 and 4/22 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at Greenleaf Community Center on Parker St. We recommend getting it done sooner rather than later.

Per JLS……

You must have a valid Player Pass to play on Tee Ball, U8, U10 or U12 teams. Player passes are good for 2 years, so if you had one taken last year and you still have it, it will be valid for this season. If you are a new player or your last pass was taken 2021 or before, you must have a new pass taken. Player passes should then be given to the coach to hold for the season and then they will be returned to you at the end of the season.

The following requirements must be met for player pass.

  • Must have athlete present for picture taking,
  • Must have childs birth certificate or something with athlete’s name and date of birth on it
  • Must pay $10.00 (cash only)
  • Must be on time. If the session ends at 12, they will not take a photo at 12:01.
